I have been studying and coaching various martial arts styles for about 30 years.
My personal goal is to share the many benefits of martial arts with everyone I come into contact with.
Having a Martial Arts school for over 20 years has helped me with my goal, but I have found myself gaining some additional success sharing my knowledge and creating these online courses, for people like you.
I will be sharing various martial arts, self defence and athlete development programs with you.

I love Martial Arts and developing Athletes.
I have been training in various styles for about 30 years, and I have various coaching certifications and rankings in Boxing, Muay Thai, Savate, Kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do, Combat Submission Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Krav Maga, Kali and various Defensive Tactics and Self Defence certification courses.
I’ve worked in all sectors of the Private Security industry and have had the privilege of coaching amateur and professional provincial, national and international champions through my martial arts school which I have operated for about 20 years. Lately I have been spending a good amount of time training professional Stunt persons.
My personal goal is to share the many benefits of martial arts with everyone I come into contact with.
